Warranty Periods
Riello UPS warranty periods and terms are some of the best in the industry. Warranty extension is also available up to five years on selected models. Riello UPS warrants each new product to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a product dependent period beginning from the date of invoice unless otherwise arranged.
Inside the UK the standard warranty covers non-consumable parts and labour, when operated inside our published and operational guidelines. Batteries are treated as consumable parts and are covered for one year by the manufacturer's warranty.
2 years - Plug and Play UPS - Return To Base
Plug and Play Systems are UPS systems that have a factory fitted mains input lead and output sockets (10Amp 13Amp or 16Amp)
2 years - Hardwired Installation - On Site
1 year - Hardwired Installation - On Site

- Multi Plus 10-40kVA
- Master Dialog 10-200kVA
- Master Plus 100-800kVA
- Master Dialog 250-800kVA
Warranty can be extended up to 5 years and a separate 5 year warranty option is available for certain batteries. Outside the UK , the standard warranty period for all products is one year, return to base and covers non-consumable parts and labour only.
Warranty commences from date of invoice and where the unit is to be commissioned - this must be done within 1 month of the invoice date.
Accessory warranty matches that of the UPS they are installed with.
Parts and repairs are provided with a 6 month warranty.
