It simplifies the process of demonstrating to clients that suppliers like Riello UPS Ltd have health & safety policies and procedures in place. Clients have a legal obligation to ensure that their suppliers operate in a safe way. The need to assess suppliers' health & safety arrangements is increasingly being carried out through schemes such as SAFE contractor.
